It takes a lot of strength to become quiet and calm, to move without rush from one asana into the next. To stay connected to your breath, your inner being, to feel how you are and to feel the subtle energies shifting within.

A meditative state will arise naturally after our asanas en pranayamas, flowing into it with ease, without you even noticing.
