I guide you into a gentle and soft yoga flow, bringing loving awareness into your whomb, creating a comfortable and safe home for your baby.

- Postures and movements that bring flexibility into your pelvic floor and hips, to soften and relax them so they can open more easily

I teach online for the MamaMoon school. Their weekly schedule is full off inspiring and interesting classes to follow for all mothers and mothers to be, you can join them live or recorded.
